She’s unapologetic.  She’s a woman who leads.  She’s undaunted by the challenges of life.  She’s unstoppable as she follows the call of God.  She’s uncompromising, in the world, but not of it.  She’s unselfish – generous with her words, her thoughts, her resources and her relationships.  She’s uncharted, discovering who she is in us all.  She’s un-stuck in any one season, she moves gracefully from one season to the next.  She’s updated with what’s going on in the world understanding the world she’s called to.  She’s out numbered.  She’s undeniable and can no longer be ignored.  She’s uncluttered dealing with her baggage then dropping it.  She’s uncommon because she’s not chasing worldly success, fame or fortune.  She’s undivided, with an integrated life to be found in Christ, she’s all things (wife, mother, career woman, entrepreneur etc..) at the same time.  She’s unlimited, her potential in Christ is limitless.  She’s un-phased by naysayers.  She’s un-hurried, not attempting to get anywhere that God doesn’t want her to be.  She’s unleashed, not held captive by old paradigms or stereotypes.  She’s unashamed, doesn’t minimize who Christ has called her to be.  She’s unpretentious, real, accessible and down to earth.  She’s un-masculine, not gender-less or androgynous, she’s feminine.  She’s un-believable, thriving and enjoys abundant life.  She’s unshakable, rooted and grounded in the love and grace of God.  She’s deceitful, always honest, vulnerable and truth telling.  She’s unmovable, and will not be manipulated, steam rolled or bullied.  She’s unsatisfied with the injustice and condition of our world.  She’s un-questioning about the goodness and sovereignty of God.  She’s un-competitive with her fellow sisters in Christ.  She’s un-judging of the priorities that others make.  She’s unflinching in the face of storms and trials.  She’s understated, walking with humility and grace.  She’s unmasked with no facade.  She’s transparent and authentic. She’s un-impressed with worldly accolades. She’s un-defeat-able, knowing no weapon formed against her shall prosper.  She’s understandable, relating with the world she’s in.  She’s un-bound, her history doesn’t define her destiny.  She’s unwavering on her mission to fulfill her purpose.  She’s undone by the love and grace of God.  She’s unrecognizable as she continues to grow from strength to strength.  She is un-tamable as she goes to defeat the kingdom of darkness.

We want to provide a comfortable environment where participants experience authentic community and spiritual growth.  Our desire is that Propel curriculum will help thrust those of us who are operating in the full throttle of leadership gifting even further than we have ever been, and that women who never thought they were leaders will begin to see themselves as leaders and step into their passion, purpose and potential.

Attendance:  To give priority to the group meeting.  We will call or email if we will be late or absent.

Safe Environment:  To create a safe place where people can be heard and feel loved.

Respect Differences:  To be gentle and gracious to people with different personal opinions, temperaments and levels of spiritual maturity.  We are works in progress.

Confidentiality:  To keep anything that is shared strictly confidential and within the group, and to avoid sharing improper information about those outside the group.

Encouragement for Growth:  To be not just takers but givers of life.  We want to spiritually multiply our life by serving others with our God-given gifts.

Powered by hot, extra-dry, skinny, cappuccinos, Christine is a lover of words who speaks too fast, talks too much, and also writes them down. Christine has authored five books, including Undaunted and her most recent release, Unashamed: Drop the Baggage, Pick up your Freedom, Fulfill your Destiny. She and her husband Nick have also founded The A21 Campaign, an anti-human trafficking organization that fights slavery around the globe. Nick Caine is the co-founder and CEO of The A21 Campaign, one of the world’s leading organizations in abolishing human trafficking and injustice in the 21st century. Aligned with the 4-P model of the U.S. State Department, A21 provides safety and restoration services to victims of trafficking, actively engages in preventing trafficking through education and awareness, partners with governments and NGOs, and interrupts the cycle through robust prosecution.  Alongside his work with A21, Nick serves as a Director of Equip & Empower Ministries, an international organization dedicated to training leaders and assisting churches.  Nick and Christine have pioneered the establishment of Zoe Church in Greece, Bulgaria, and Poland through the Project Europe arm of Equip & Empower Ministries.  Together the Caines have carried their passion for leadership and the global church into the launch of Propel women.
